The people of each country in the world will elect one to four people depending on the size of its population; those candidates will come from that country and will, hopefully, have earned a reputation for their wisdom and concern. When elected they will act as a voice for the people of the world, but also as a voice for the spirit of their nation, and as a voice for the government of their country, for this is part of mankind’s on-going evolution, it’s not a revolution; presently the institutions and structures (including our nuclear bombs) are in the hands of governments. The elected Representatives will form an Assembly on behalf of the people and governments of the world and declare World Peace. Having been elected, the Assembly will spend a short but adequate amount of time preparing a “Package Deal” which will bestow Justice on each and every person, on both genders, on every nation, race, religion, culture, colour, class, company and government in the world. The Assembly will then present the treaty or agreement to us, the citizens of Planet Earth. If we, the people, endorse it, then, and only then, will the Assembly begin to legislate.
There can be no doubt whatsoever but that the step of choosing to build our lives and institutions on all that is positive is the foundation stone of a new world civilization. Therefore, let us, the children, teenagers, women and men of Planet Earth, unite together and take ownership of our own planet, and ownership of its management, and ownership of the suffering on it, and ownership of this plan to end that suffering. Let humanity’s suffering be our suffering, let this Assembly be our Assembly, let each of us, for the sake of humanity, come together and transform our world. Let there be universal participation in this honour of creating world peace, so that the overwhelming majority of mankind may embrace it, thus ensuring a smooth transition from the old world to a new peaceful and just one. Let us, let all of us, choose this infinitely better alternative - of fairness-for-all. In the name of God, or in the name of reason, or in the name of common sense, or in the name of compassion, let us, at this time, in this 21st century, create a new epoch in human history – representing Mankind's coming of Age, and together we will transform this battlefield for survival, into a peaceful rose garden of tolerance and dignity.
