Social:

1. Each regulation will be based on the three Universal Principles of Global Justice, Global Democracy, and the Equal Status of all People, and not on following ideologies, policies, political parties or people. 
2. It will never change from these three Universal Principles.
3. Ideally decisions will be made by consensus between the Representatives, failing consensus, decisions will be made on the basis of a majority vote of all the Representatives present at the Assembly.  Voting based on the principle of "A majority Vote" for all decisions will never change.
4. If ever, we, the majority of the people of the world, wish to change something, we will have the authority to vote in a referendum in order to effect that change.
5. We, the people of the world, will be able to decide on the essential structure, character and aims of the Assembly through the "Package Deal" concept.
6. It will declare World Peace, and ensure that it is maintained; our nuclear bombs will be dismantled and we will have a relatively small army made up from every nation in the world, to protect humanity.
7. It will implement the most appropriate way to provide full unemploy­ment, prosperity, justice and dignity for all of mankind.
8. It will define national boundaries, establish the precise relationships between governments, improve banking, agriculture, fair trade and establish an economic system that allows all nations to trade together with the least amount of difficulty and on a level playing field.
9. It will ensure that each person will have, not just the right, but the opportunity to work, so that everyone on the planet will be able to support himself and his family in dignity.
10. We will have whatever security measures we desire to ensure that global democracy works for the global community.

The above is simply an outline, an estimation of what is acceptable to us, the people of the world, and since the International Assembly will need our ratification it is reasonable to assume that these and many other guarantees are the type of assurances that we are certain to receive.
