- Candidates who put themselves forward for election to this International Assembly will not be allowed to advertise, directly or indirectly, to get themselves elected, as buying votes is an unacceptable distortion of democracy.
- Ideally decisions will be made by consensus between the Representatives, failing consensus, decisions will be made on the basis of a majority vote of all the Representatives present at the Assembly, and this principle of a "majority vote" will never change.
- We, the people, of each nation in the world will elect the most suitable people, from all walks of life, who will form an International Assembly to represent us.
- We will have whatever security measures we desire to ensure that global democracy works for the global community.
The International Assembly is akin to an Empty Treasure Chest made from gold, built to endure. Nobody has a mandate to say what treasures it will contain. Only the Assembly itself will have such a mandate. What has been outlined is only an estimation of what is acceptable to us, the people of the world, and since the International Assembly will need our ratification it is reasonable to assume that these and many other guarantees are the type of assurances that we are certain to receive.
