Social:

1. Before the International Assembly ever comes into being, we will guarantee ourselves that we will get whatever we want by ensuring that the International Assembly will prepare a "Package Deal" for us, the people of the world, an agreement, settlement, or contract; the Assembly will present it to us, the people of the world, for our endorsement.  Only if we endorse this agreement will the Assembly begin to legislate.  This is humanity's Insurance Policy that we the majority will remain in control.
2. Before it comes into being, we, the citizens of Planet Earth, will also guarantee ourselves that whenever we are unhappy with any regulation, we will be able to change it by a majority vote in a referendum.
3. Each regulation will be based on the three Universal Principles of Global Justice, Global Democracy, and the Equal Status of all People, and not on following ideologies, policies, political parties or people.
