We have a sovereign right to live honourably. We have always had this right, it cannot be dissolved by any human being, institution or government, it is our right and we will always have it. The time has now come for us to exercise this right.
The history of man, to a large extent, has been a dreadful story, the Chamber of Horrors in London exhibits many of the barbaric implements of torture that were used throughout history, by the authorities, to get the people to think and live in a prescribed way.
We are still being put under enormous pressure to think and live in a prescribed way, we are expected to believe that it is OK for 1% of our population to own 40% of the wealth of the world, we are expected to believe that war, unemployment and poverty are inevitable, we are expected to believe that we, the vast majority of the ordinary people of the world, should take on the responsibility to repay the debt that the rich and powerful have incurred. This is not our debt, this is not our responsibility, and we must not be pressurised into believing that it is.
The responsibility of the vast majority of the ordinary people of the world, is not to take on the responsibility to repay what we do not owe, but rather to take on the responsibility of creating a new political and economic reality that enables us to live the way we want to live, free from war, unemployment and poverty.
We are sick and tired of the corruption and greed, of the collusion and the deals done behind closed doors, of the wars and the dishonesty, in short, we are sick to death of the injustice and the immorality of the political and economic structures that govern our lives.
We don’t have to live like animals; we have an intellect which allows us to rise to a higher level of understanding, it enables us to understand abstract reality, realities like justice and democracy. Our responsibility is not to continue “business as usual” even if that were possible; our responsibility is to create a new way of being which enables us, the majority, to live a life based on justice and on a sense of morality which is not only acceptable, it is desired by the vast majority of the ordinary people of the world.
This is not a call for civil disobedience, this is not a call for revolution, but rather a call for evolution, from an unjust and cruel system of government based on might is right, to one that is just, and based on real democracy that will establish full employment, eliminate poverty and create peace and prosperity for all of mankind. It might seem next to impossible, but as you continue to read you will see exactly how easy it will be to achieve.
Nobody other than ourselves can prevent us from doing this; yes, we need self-confidence, yes, we need to be positive, yes, we need to believe in the truth that we, the majority, have the right, the authority, the ability and the privilege of enabling all of us to live in peace and prosperity. And yes, from now on we need to understand that real political power rests in the hearts and of the majority, who fundamentally want justice. We have the power, we have the desire, it is going to happen, nobody can stop evolution, it is just a question of time, so let us not waste any time, let us embrace our responsibility to look after ourselves, our country and our world.
