There are Two Phases
Phase 1:
During Phase One: we, the ordinary people, the butchers, the bakers and the motorcar makers of the world, will endeavour to get the Majority of the Members of Parliament around the World, to declare publicly that they are totally in favour of this Plan for World Peace and Prosperity. If we succeed we can move on to phase two, if we don’t, we will vote in all local, national and international elections for those candidates (no matter what political party they belong to) who are totally and publicly committed to this Plan for World Peace and Prosperity. In election after election, we will endeavour to win over support until, sooner or later, the Majority of the Members of Parliament world-wide are in favour of this Plan for World Peace and Prosperity. When that time comes it will give us, the people of the world, a mandate to move on to Phase Two.
Phase Two:
During Phase Two we will elect the International Assembly.
Depending on population size, the people of each country in the world will elect one to four people, who have earned a reputation for their caring and concern for the people or state of the world, from any occupation, from their own country, to act as a voice for the people of the world. These Representatives will form an Assembly, on our behalf, and declare World Peace. Having been elected it will spend an adequate amount of time preparing a “Package Deal” which will bestow justice on all individuals and groups throughout the world. The Assembly will then present the “Package Deal” the treaty or agreement to us, the citizens of Planet Earth. If we, the people, endorse it, then, and only then, will the Assembly begin to legislate. All National Governments will remain autonomous, independent and sovereign.
This New Cooperation between the People of the World will ensure that all are empowered to develop, not just in a material or economic sense, but socially, educationally, emotionally and spiritually, as we search to live life more fully, in peace with ourselves and in harmony with others – this development will usher in a new epoch in human history.
