Every company, club, school, and organised group on the planet has a form of Management that works, but the planet itself has none. The time has come for us, the people of the world, to begin the process of creating a just, fair and democratic global administration based on universally held principles, such as justice, democracy and the equal status of all people, and on all that is good and fair, according to our own understanding and higher nature. It needs to be truly effective, totally democratic, very practical, with all decisions being based on a majority vote. It needs to be constructed in a way that will enable us, the people of the world, to have the right to change anything that we don’t like, in a referendum.
We, the majority, don’t want Planet Earth to continue being controlled by private enterprise for profit, enabling the rich to become richer, and to continue to dominate over the rest of us. We need to break with the age-old practice of one dominating over another; male over female, white over black, employer over employee, one political party over another, this is no longer acceptable, it is in fact quite abhorrent, totally uncivilised, and we now want the kind of change that allows us to do things, together, democratically.
Planet Earth is our home, and it is our responsibility to look after it and to care for one another, and so the time has now come for us to exercise that responsibility and privilege by creating exactly what we want, in order that all may work, live and prosper on this planet, which, if organised, would enable everyone to live and prosperity in the utmost dignity.
As we begin to work on this mind boggling enterprise, the confidence, self-esteem and enthusiasm of the people of the world, will grow, in leaps and bounds as we all come to recognise that we have the power to change the world for the good of humanity, for the good of our children, and for the good of future generations. And when the time comes our Global Administration will declare World Peace and will begin to solve all the problems which are simply symptoms of our tribal past.
