The political and economic institutions and structures that exist today are as old as man* himself.  These institutions were created by powerful rulers to serve the rich and powerful, and today, as throughout history, they remain firmly in the control of the rich and powerful, who continue to grow richer and more powerful, while we, the majority, are becoming poorer with less con­trol over our jobs, houses, health-care, and over almost all of our material and social needs.  Because of the collusion that exists between the rich and powerful, and the politicians, many political decisions made world-wide are influenced more by corporate gain than by what is for the Common Good.

These institutions and structures created by the rich are infi­nitely more powerful than the political parties or politicians of the world, who have very little control over them, so it is these institutions and structures, more than the politicians, who are governing the world today, and they are governing it to make a profit for themselves, and not to serve the Common Good.

Phenomenal advancements have taken place recently and over the past hundred years or so.  The most extraordinary and important of these has undoubtedly been the evolution in mankind’s consciousness, and this coupled by the suffering forced upon us, is urging us to take responsibility for our own destiny; this is a wonderful sign of our emerging maturity and a manifestation of our desire to seek out what is good and just.  For example, we are now appalled by the disgraceful and contemptible decisions being made by governments throughout the world, to get us, the ordinary people, to pay back billions upon billions of euro or dollars because the rich and powerful got it wrong in their greedy struggle to become richer.  When they succeed they keep the billions, when they fail, we are told that we have to pay it back for them.  That is not our responsibility, it is theirs.  We, the vast majority of the ordinary people of the world, now consider this to be absolutely unfair and unjust.  We now believe this to be immoral.

Governments throughout the world are governing the people of the world, on the basis of these unfair, unjust and immoral decisions, and we, the vast majority are suffering as a result.  The only logical, reasonable and practical solution is for us, the vast majority of the people of the world to create a political and economic reality that will ensure that we will not be governed by unjust and immoral decisions, but rather by decisions based on justice and on our moral understanding of how things ought to be.  Our moral authority to govern will be based on justice as perceived by the majority; their “authority” is based, and has always been based, on military and economic strength – on might is right.

If the love of money is the root of all evil, our desire or love of justice will surely create an unprecedented sense of fairness and unity throughout the world; this gift of justice will lead to world peace, as together, we construct this new political and economic reality based on justice, unity and peace, and on universally held principles, such as real de­moc­racy and the equal status of all people, and on all that is good and fair, ac­cording to our own understanding, and higher nature.  Real democracy is about us, to­gether, managing a just principled arrangement that benefits everyone, every­where.

It is possible for us, the vast majority of the people of the world, to have con­trol over our jobs, houses, health-care, and over almost all of our material and social needs.  The time has now come for us to do this, the time has come for a new political beginning, but instead of everything being based on greed and on our lower nature, everything will be based on universally held principles and on the consciousness of our higher or positive nature.

PPP is designed to collect the best ideas worldwide to enable us to do this, and to rally support for a system of global democracy that will bring peace and prosperity to the world.  Our global village needs an administration, but one built by us, for us, to serve us and controlled by us, and as we create it, we will recognise its enormous potential and grow to love it.

We already have many ideas on how to create such an administration, on how to create world peace and full employment, how to eliminate poverty, how to help the poor immediately without administration costs, so that 100% gets to where it is needed; and those who give, get a feed­back.  We have ideas on how to create a fair banking system and so on and so forth.  We want more ideas, your ideas, everybody’s ideas, and we want your help and support, and the help and support of everyone on the planet, and in time we will get it, even from the rich and powerful as together we acknowledge our inalien­able democratic right, the right that we, the majority of the people of the world, have, to determine our own affairs and future.
